Q: Is the Suzuki
Owners Club of North America (SOC) free to join? |
A: No.
However, you can signup for a 10 Day Trial Membership.
To Join the SOC
is very
easy, all you need is access to your email, a PayPal account,
credit card or checking account. You can join here.

Q: What are the benefits of joining the
SOC? |
A: There are many tangible and non-tangible
benefits available to full club members.

Q: I'd like to attend
SOC events. Do I have to be a Full Club Member? Also, I
ride another manufacture brand of motorcycle, can I attend SOC
events? |
A: We welcome all
motorcycle riders/owners, members and non-members, to attend SOC
events regardless of their brand of motorcycle! |

Q: I'm having a problem with my motorcycle/my dealership/the manufacturer/etc. Can
SOC get involved and help me? |
A: The Suzuki Owners
Club of North America (SOC) is the Owners Club for Suzuki
Motorcyclists. SOC generally does not get involved in product-related issues between motorcycle purchasers and retail dealerships, insurance companies, or manufacturers.
However, after an owner with
Full Club Membership status has exhausted all efforts to
resolve its' issue and is in need of a Third Party arbiter,
the SOC will assist in anyway possible. |

A: No, the
SOC is
not affiliated with Suzuki.

Q: I want to get my
dealer involved with the Club, how do I go about this? |
A: Introduce the
dealer to the Clubs websites.
Note: Once a dealer is added to
the system, Member Services will contact them by phone to
realize any interest the dealer may have in becoming a Participating
Dealer. Keep in mind, not all dealers have interest in
participating in owner related activities. Having said this,
Member Services will do what it can to get them on board. |
